Throughout my career, I have hoped for an opportunity to serve in a space that is inclusive for all and get to know my patients as individuals, not just a medical record. I wanted to take the time necessary to provide the most appropriate and empathetic care possible for each patient and their individual needs. I believe health and wellness for us as individuals is a lifelong journey, not a chance meeting.

More About Jace
Jace is a Nurse Practitioner and native Tennessean who started his career as an EMT at the age of 19. He worked as an EMT and RN for 10 years before graduating from Vanderbilt in 2001 with his Master’s in Nursing and became a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Jace practiced in various hospital units, including the Emergency Department, ICU, Surgery, Recovery, and PICC teams. He also spent 10 amazing years in long-term care and rehabilitation facilities, providing chronic medication management and preventive care.
Jace says it is his experience working with the mature population that drives his passion about the importance of preventative and proactive measures for a healthier lifestyle.
Jace loves the outdoors and in his free time enjoys kayaking and hiking.
